Chris Pinney, DVM
Dr. Chris C. Pinney is a graduate of the Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine, with over 36 years of experience as a small animal clinician and surgeon. He has authored eleven books, including two novels, and has appeared on Animal Planet, Eye on Pets, and numerous talk shows throughout his career. When not caring for pets or writing books, Dr. Pinney spends his time with his family (including a dog and 4 cats) and enjoys hobbies that include travel, backpacking, and historical reenactments.
Jess Pinney
Jess was a teacher for several years at an economically disadvantaged school district in Texas. Upon moving to San Antonio, Jessica left teaching to help her husband, Dr. Hunter Pinney, open a new veterinary practice - MPC Veterinary Care. She is now the Practice Manager and is looking forward to utilizing her skill set to continue her mission of providing compassionate care in the community. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys being outside, traveling, walking her rescue dogs, and reading!
