Our Montgomery County Team will be hosting a pop-up clinic on Oct. 25th at 61 W King St Pottstown, PA (11am to 2:00pm). Veterinary services being offered for pets of people experiencing homelessness include physical exams, vaccinations, parasite control, an exam of minor medical problems and more. No urgent or emergency care available. Please note: dogs must be on leash and cats must be in carriers, two pets per family and supplies limited. Thanks!
The Street Dog Coalition hosts a weekly One Health clinic at The Murphy Center every Tuesday from 2pm to 3pm, providing free veterinary services to people experiencing homelessness and health screenings for pet owners. Please sign up in advance at the front desk (970-494-9940); Murphy Center intakes are required; walk-up appointments are not guaranteed due to limited spaces; must arrive by 2:15pm otherwise your spot is forfeited to a guest on the waitlist; wait-list appointments will be seen on a triage basis. All dogs should be on leashes and cats in carriers. Thank you!
Our Columbia, SC team is holding a clinic on November 1st from 12pm to 4pm at Scottish Rite Center parking lot (behind Sphinx), 7230 Garner’s Ferry, Columbia SC. Services for pets of people experiencing homeless include rabies vaccinations, S/N vouchers, and an exam of minor medical problems. Dogs and cats welcome. Dogs should be on leashes and cats in carriers. Please arrive early and get on the list so we can finish in a timely manner. Limit of 2 pets per person. No urgent or emergency care available.
Our SDC Ithaca team offers free veterinary care for pets of people experiencing homelessness at The Salvation Army of Ithaca (150 North Albany Street). Physical exams, vaccinations, parasite control, an exam of minor medical problems are amongst the services offered. Our Topeka team is holding a clinic from 9am to 1pm at The Compassion Impact Center (601 NW Harrison) (previously known as TRM Children's Palace) in unbridled collaboration with Topeka Rescue Mission, Valeo Behavioral Health, and Mobile Access Partnership (MAP). They will be providing free basic veterinary care to pets of people experiencing homelessness. Services being offered include physical exams, vaccinations, parasite control, and more. Our Minneapolis Team is hosting another pop-up clinic for pets of people experiencing or at risk of homelessness on November 8th from 9am - 12pm at The Bond Between (2501 Minnehaha Ave S, Minneapolis 55404). Services being offered include physical exams, vaccinations, preventative care, spay/neuter vouchers and more. TWO PET LIMIT PER CLIENT PLEASE. First come, first served, limited supplies available.
