One Health Mobile Outreach

Nearly 20% of indigent and homeless Americans live in rural areas. Therefore, The Street Dog Coalition has developed a One Health Mobile Outreach (OHMO) program to extend our reach up the leash to provide community-centered healthcare services to at-risk people and pets living in rural areas. Since 2021 we have taken OHMO to rural parts of Colorado and nicknamed the program COHMO. We have helped hundreds of pets and the people who love them and we will continue to do so as funds allow. See Sheila’s video below describing the services she and her pets received in Yuma, CO.
