10 years, $100k
Join us on our mission to provide free veterinary care to pets of people experiencing homelessness.
In honor of The Street Dog Coalition’s ten year anniversary, we set off with a goal to raise 100k. Thanks to The John J and Frank Sparacio Foundation, PrettyLitter and our Board of Directors, every donation up to $50k will be matched through September 30.
Kylie Clark’s Giving Page
Hear from Kylie:
“The Street Dog Coalition is the precise intersection of my passions -- supporting people experiencing homelessness and their pets. I saw firsthand when working as an outreach case manager that for someone without a home, a pet is so much more than even a member of the family. They are a lifeline. The pet reminds their owner that they are not invisible: they are loved, responsible, resilient, and important.
At every clinic, I am amazed by the donation table. It speaks to SDC's mission of supporting those on both ends of the leash. There are not only pet food, leashes, bowls, and clothes. There is also an abundance of supplies for the pet parent. The clinics bring so much dignity and empowerment to those devoting their scarce resources and time to their treasured pets.”

About Kylie
Kylie has been working at nonprofits since graduating from Cal Poly SLO in 2020. After working as an Outreach Case Manager for people experiencing homelessness, Kylie moved down to Santa Clara County and was elated to discover The Street Dog Coalition, an organization which she considers to be the precise intersection of her greatest passions — helping animals and ending homelessness. Kylie’s professional career has focused on nonprofit advocacy and policy. She also supports other nonprofits in public relations, administration, and fundraising. She recently took a break from her policy work to pursue a Master’s in Human Rights from Columbia University, graduating in December after completing thesis research on young adult homelessness in San José, CA.
