Project Homeless Connect is a one-stop, one-day resource and service fair for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. CSU, VTH, Primary Care and The Street Dog Coalition Northern Colorado Team are partnering to provide free vet care for pets of the unhoused. Services offered include wellness exams, vaccinations, heartworm/flea/tick preventative, and spay/neuter vouchers.
