Carol Ong, DVM
Dr. Carol Ong graduated from Texas A & M University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1980 and has worked in private small animal clinics since then. Dr. Ong is active in her church and does TNR for feral cats in the community. She has two rescued dogs and several rescued cats.
Dr. Ong has been involved with The Street Dog Coalition since 2019, after reading about Dr. Jon Geller’s work with the homeless in Colorado. Her daughter is also a veterinarian and helps at the free clinics. The Street Dog Coalition has provided a way for them to serve the homeless community and their pets, who would not receive veterinary care otherwise.
