The Street Dog Coalition administers veterinary services to pets of people experiencing homelessness every Tuesday from 11am to 12p at the Mary Alice Murphy Center for Hope. You can sign up for an appointment with the wonderful folks working the front desk of the Murphy Center. Please note that the Murphy Center will be closed during the day on December 25 and January 1 so there will be no Street Dog Clinics on those dates. See you in the new year! <3

Homelessness Awareness Day will kick off with the M2H Walk, beginning at 8am. It is a .8 mile walk from Catholic Charities Mission to the Murphy Center and a walk that many Murphy Center guests take daily. The M2H Walk ends with an Open House at the Murphy Center, where community members can tour the facility, learn about on-site agency partners, enjoy breakfast/brunch items, etc. The Walk provides the opportunity for individuals who are homeless and individuals who are stably housed to come together as a unified community. We encourage individuals, families, groups, and pets to participate! Additional Event and Ticketing information can be found using this link: Homeless Awareness Day Events.
